Customer Lead Free / RoHS Information

We at GEI have been assessing our customer requirements to meet RoHS compliance.

Our transition is now complete as we have now converted our commercial process and materials to “Lead Free” Other materials besides lead have been removed such as, Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), mercury is not used in any GEI products.

 Material certifications from our suppliers are on file.

 Several of our current customers have been using our RoHS materials and processes for some time now with great success as our printed circuit boards are “backwards compatible” meaning they can be used in current tin-lead solder processing as well as Lead free solder processing.

It is Graphic Electronics Inc. desire to ease as much as possible the transition into “lead free” for our customers.
